How does Remote Coaching work?

Consultation & Assessment

We’ll meet to discuss your goals, struggles, exercise history, preferences, and more. You’ll be assigned some movement assessments so I can see exactly where you’re starting from

Customized Program

I’ll assign your plan based on your goals, assessments, preferences, equipment access, and schedule. Your program is delivered through an app where you can track your workouts, submit form videos, and explore a library of resources

1:1 Support

You’ll get feedback and coaching on your workouts, uploaded form videos, check-ins & messages to help you keep moving forward with a program that progresses with you

Included in your membership:

  • 2-5 days of workouts per week. Your program is completely tailored to you based on your goals, equipment, assessments, time constraints, and preferences.

  • Check-ins are an in-app form where you’ll share how your week went (your wins, challenges, questions, anything else on your mind). This gives  me a clearer picture of how things are going inside and outside your workouts (because fitness is more than just your workouts - you’re a whole, multi-dimensional human!)

    Your input helps me know what’s working, where support or adjustments are needed, and what we can celebrate together.

    You’ll get a personalized response with feedback, advice, questions to help you reflect and keep moving forward.

  • Coaching Calls are exclusive for those in the Build tier.

    Monthly live 1:1 calls are your chance to get dedicated face-to-face support. We can use them to check in on your training, dive into specific fitness topics, troubleshoot challenges, or just chat through anything you’d like a sounding board for!

  • Whenever you need a little something extra, you’ll have access to mini movement sessions to supplement your training or adjust your plan on the fly.

  • Extra educational resources & guides to help support you in your movement journey!

  • The Everfit app is where all the magic happens. This is where your program is delivered complete with demo videos, cues, and the ability to track all your progress. This is also where you’ll communicate with your coach and access the Resource Library and On-Demand Workouts.

What does a personal training session look like?

Short answer? However you need it to look!

You’re the expert on your body and you’re in the driver seat, but here’s simple breakdown of how sessions is often structured:

Check In

We’ll check in the see how your body (and brain) is feeling that day

Warm Up

We’ll warm up to help prep for the workout ahead AND to help us decide if any adjustments need to be made

Move Forward

We’ll start wherever you need, whether it’s sticking to the plan, adjusting intensity, swapping an exercise, or switching it up altogether.

Included in your membership:

  • 1:1 Remote sessions give you the flexibility to workout in the comfort of your own home without having to take more precious time out of your day to travel to and from a gym

  • From 5 minute stretch sessions to 20 minute full strength workouts, you can supplement our weekly sessions with on-demand workouts whenever you’re looking for some extra movement.

  • Extra educational resources & guides to help support you in your movement journey!

  • The Everfit app is where all the magic happens. You’ll be able to see your progress from our 1:1 sessions and log any other workouts you do on your own!

  • Not at all! I love working with beginners! I work with folks that have never touched a dumbbell before and I work with folks that are seasoned gym rats - and everyone in between!

  • Nope! We can use whatever you have at home! While some equipment can be helpful, it is not required to get started. As we go along, I’m happy to help guide you in picking some initial equipment if you’re interested.

    If you DO have a gym membership and prefer to workout there, 1:1 Remote Coaching is the program I recommend.

    While it’s possible, I don’t recommend doing virtual personal training in a busy gym setting as there are too many variables (internet connection, noise, equipment, awareness of space and other people, etc).

  • After you apply, if we’re a good fit, you will receive an email to let you know your application has been accepted along with a link to schedule an initial consultation. This is where we’ll have a chance to meet so I can learn more about you and so you can get any questions answered.

  • There is a 3-month initial commitment for both 1:1 programs. After that your membership switches go a month-to-month contract that you can cancel at any time.
    We work as a team to build a movement practice that feels sustainable, supportive, and sets you up for long-term success. No quick fixes or cookie cutter programming here.

    It takes time not only to learn new skills, gain confidence, and adapt, but also to build a strong and trusting coaching relationship.

    That’s why we start with a 3-month commitment: to build a solid foundation that helps set you up for life.

  • No refunds are given during the initial 3-months of your program. After that all memberships go month-month and you can cancel anytime before your next payment due date by emailing me (at least 10 days before).

  • You can upgrade your membership at any time!

    After the initial 3-month commitment you can downgrade your membership or cancel at any time.

  • You can reschedule your sessions with at least 24 hours notice, (depending on mutual availability). Canceling less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are considered a late cancellation which are not available for rescheduling.

    I give 1 late cancel free pass every quarter because I know life happens and this is my way of balancing both respecting my own time with respecting that my clients are full human beings with full lives.

  • Not at this time. I will always ensure you have the foundational knowledge to fuel yourself properly (both for your workouts and your life). We can work through general energy needs, food mindset, and hydration but we do not work 1:1 for specific food intake, macros, or tracking. For this I recommend working with a registered dietitian.
