I’m an ACSM-certified personal trainer, a choir nerd turned exercise science nerd, and your friendly neighborhood tree-lover who will always make sure you have water and a snack

I’m here to help you learn to work with your body instead of against it, finding your comfy challenge zone where working hard and resting hard are both celebrated.
