How does Remote Coaching work?
Consultation & Movement Review
We’ll meet to discuss your goals, struggles, exercise history, preferences, and more. You’ll be assigned some initial movements that I’ll review to get to know how your body moves and what your current baseline is
Customized Program
I’ll assign your program based on your goals, movement review, preferences, equipment, lifestyle, & schedule. Your program is delivered through an app where you can track your workouts, submit form videos, and explore a library of resources
Ongoing 1:1 Support
You’ll get feedback and coaching on your workouts, uploaded form videos, check-ins & messages to help you keep moving forward with a program that grows with you
Included in Your Membership
A 100% customized training program based on YOU - your lifestyle, goals, training history, health history, current fitness level, equipment access, and preferences.
2-5 days of workouts per week, complete with demo videos for every exercise, sets, reps, tempo, and intensity all assigned, along with personalized notes and instruction so you know exactly what to do and WHY you’re doing it.
No good fitness program is complete without built-in flexibility. You’ll have pre-programmed alternative exercises, instructions for what to focus on when you’re short on time, and the ability to reschedule your workouts to fit your life & schedule week to week!
So whether you need to switch to a home workout, a piece of equipment is taken, or you simply need to adjust for a lower energy day, you’ll always have options so you can make adjustments on the fly without the decision fatigue.

Your Program
Weekly or biweekly check-ins (dependent on tier). You’ll fill out a check-in form that goes over your wins, challenges, and where you need help. You’ll get feedback, coaching, and support to help work through any roadblocks, make any necessary adjustments, and of course, celebrate your wins and progress - both inside and outside the gym - because we focus on you as a whole human!

Check-Ins
Even though we’re not training together live, you can still get eyes on your lifts. Simply upload a form video to your workout along with any questions and you’ll get guidance or adjustments that will help you make each exercise work exactly for you and your body.

Form Feedback
This is your time to get LIVE help and support with anything you’re struggling with. We can discuss any challenges that arise and work through solutions together, do live form checks, go over any topics where you would like more education, or just take the time to check in and make sure we’re moving in the right direction.

Coaching Calls
You’ll be getting regular feedback and support from me throughout the week! I’ll review your completed workouts, cheer you on, and answer any questions you left for me. You can also send me a direct message anytime you need more urgent support, have a question, or want to celebrate a win. I’ve got your back!

Personal training offers LIVE sessions with me. I am there to guide you through your workout, offer coaching and feedback, and cheer you on, all in real-time during our live zoom sessions. This is great for folks who thrive with face-to-face interaction, want immediate feedback and support, and like having the accountability of showing up at a dedicated time.
Remote Coaching does not have the live session component but I’m still with you every step of the way. Your fitness plan is delivered straight to your phone and I’m just a message away any time you have questions or need support. You still get feedback and coaching from me, by submitting form check videos and filling out weekly check-ins as well as an optional monthly call. This is great when you want to workout on YOUR schedule and still have a coach in your back pocket.

If you are an absolute beginner who has never touched a dumbbell before, I recommend starting with 1-3 months of personal training and then transitioning to remote coaching. You will often learn quicker and establish an even better foundation of the basics if you’re working with someone who can help you make adjustments in real time. However, I have still had plenty of beginners make incredible progress in remote fitness coaching! Any experience level is welcome!

Nope! We can use whatever you have at home! While some equipment can be helpful, it is not required to get started.
So whether you just have a pair or two of dumbbells at home or a full gym membership, you’ll get a fitness program designed for whatever you have access to!
As we go along, I’m happy to help guide you in picking some additional equipment if you’re interested.

After you apply, I’ll review your application and if we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an email to let you know your application has been accepted along with a link to schedule a quick call so we can meet each other, answer your questions, and make sure you are set up with the membership that best fits your needs and goals.

You can choose between 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month commitment lengths.
Most folks start with 3 or 6 months.
As much as the fitness industry wants us to believe, real lasting results aren’t made through 30 day challenges or 21 day fixes.
Progressing in fitness simply takes time and 3 months is usually the minimum time to make solid progress towards your goals! I want you to feel successful and get the most out of the investment you’re making in yourself!

No refunds are given during your commitment, but in the last month you’ll have the chance to renew, switch, or cancel your membership!

Not at this time. I will always ensure you have the foundational knowledge to fuel yourself properly (both for your workouts and your life). We can work through basic nutrition education, general energy needs, and food mindset but we do not work 1:1 on your specific food intake, macros, or tracking.

I am not a powerlifting coach nor do I coach olympic lifts. And while I’m not a running coach, I’ve worked with many runners to help them incorporate more strength training into their routines!
Most importantly I do not coach intentional weight loss though it can still absolutely be a goal of yours!
